Le camere affacciano su un’ampia terrazza godibile per molti mesi all’anno, con vista aperta spettacolare arredata con tettoia e tavolo da pranzo e da lavoro.

Entrando, si trova la cucina arredata e corredata, con mobili e ripiani, piano cottura a induzione, forno elettrico, frigo con piccolo freezer e lavatrice. Il tavolo da pranzo con quattro sedie si trova proprio davanti alla portafinestra che conduce alla terrazza. Nella stessa stanza si trova una bella e spaziosa libreria di design e due poltrone da teatro pieghevoli.
