The house is surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean scrub and boasts a magnificent 250 sqm terrace, equipped with a barbecue and furnished at the front with a large dining table and a spacious sofa area, all shaded by awnings and a large umbrella. The back terrace, overlooking the kitchen, features a breakfast area, an outdoor shower, and laundry drying racks.
