Il quartiere di Trastevere è considerato da sempre il cuore pulsante di Roma, oltre a essere un punto di riferimento per la vivace ‘Roma by night’, in quanto vanta di molti eccellenti ristoranti, pizzerie, bar e pasticcerie storiche. Basta attraversare il fiume Tevere per ritrovarsi in Piazza Navona e in tutti gli altri luoghi di interesse storico. Proprio in questo quartiere ho il piacere di proporre in locazione un appartamento posto al primo piano di un antico palazzo, con ascensore e portineria. Entrando nell’appartamento troviamo una cucina a vista con finestra, molto ben arredata ed equipaggiata, con un tavolo per quattro persone, proseguendo abbiamo un soggiorno con affaccio esterno, una confortevole e luminosa camera da letto matrimoniale, anche essa con affaccio esterno ed un bagno, moderno e funzionale, con vano doccia. L’appartamento è stato recentemente restaurato, molto luminoso e ben arredato. Il riscaldamento è autonomo e le spese condominiali sono circa 50€ mese. L’immobile è disponibile dal 1 luglio. No attività ricettiva. La porta di ingresso è situata sull’antico ballatoio del palazzo che garantisce un gradevole senso di quiete ed originalità.

The Trastevere district has always been considered the beating heart of Rome, as well as being a reference point for the lively ‘Rome by night’, as it boasts many excellent restaurants, pizzerias, bars and historic pastry shops. Just cross the Tiber River to find yourself in Piazza Navona and all the other places of historical interest. Right in this neighborhood I have the pleasure of renting an apartment located on the first floor of an ancient building, with elevator and concierge. Entering the apartment we find an open kitchen with window, very well furnished and equipped, with a table for four people, continuing we have a living room with an external view, a comfortable and bright double bedroom, also with an external view and a bathroom, modern and functional, with shower compartment. The apartment has recently been restored, very bright and well appointed. The entrance door is located on the ancient balcony of the palace that guarantees a pleasant sense of quiet and originality.
